1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Orders can be returned only within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons of change of mind or damage caused by the customer.

If the package arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a return and refund. However, proof of damage (photos or videos) must be provided on the same day of delivery.
2. Return Process

The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
3. Refund Process
